Refund Policy
We offer a 10-day return period from the delivery date. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item for a refund under the following terms:
- Full refund (minus shipping) — if the item is returned in original condition within 10 days and the return is due to our error or a defect.
- 25% restocking fee — if the item arrives undamaged and you simply change your mind, provided it’s returned within 10 days in original condition.
- Up to 50% restocking fee — for returns received after 10 days, depending on condition and timing.
- Extended window — in some cases, we can extend the return period to 30 days upon request.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, original shipping will be deducted from the total.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions. Please wait for confirmation before shipping any items back.
⚠️ Returns sent without authorization or to an address not provided by us will be returned to the sender.
Warranty Policy
We provide a 30-day workmanship warranty on all bridges and products unless otherwise noted. This warranty covers defects in materials or craftsmanship and excludes:
- Normal aging, fading, or wear from outdoor exposure
- Misuse, neglect, or improper assembly
- Modifications made after purchase
If you believe your product is defective:
- Contact us by phone or email to confirm the issue.
- We’ll issue a return authorization and provide instructions.
Shipping:
– Customers pay shipping to return items for warranty review.
– We cover shipping for approved replacements or repairs.
– All replacements are shipped using a carrier of our choosing, unless a faster option is requested and paid for by the customer.
Note: Our bridges are handcrafted for a range of uses — from decorative and garden applications to heavy-duty foot traffic. Proper assembly, placement, and maintenance are key to long-term durability.
